mails are not sent #103

hi I have installed this script as instructed by you, but my mails are not 
getting delivered, I am sending mail exactly as per your instruction

is subject line I mention the subject
and in body @time ex 11.45PM and 2nd line the matter to be sent, still the 
mails are not sent on scheduled time

now I tried with diff gmail Id stil the prob exists
