Hello Billy,
Thanks for your interest in the tool! I agree, the "maestro" thing is an annoying feature. There is already a duplicate issue (#3) to this, so I'm going to merge this issue into that one.
From what I have seen so far, there is no solution to this problem, but multiple people have reported it:
https://groups.google.com/a/googleproductforums.com/forum/#!searchin/apps-script/maestro/apps-script/H_PWM5zHIyo/QweHzzbgOt0J
https://groups.google.com/a/googleproductforums.com/forum/#!searchin/apps-script/maestro/apps-script/tGxlioK1ejg/Ylbf0PVKxjMJ
Is this causing a problem for you? Are you getting emails sent to spam because of it?
Thanks again,
-Blair

Hi Blair,
Thanks for merging my post and kindly replying to my request.
From the feedback I have received so far testing your tool, many people have
mentioned they noticed the "via maestro" text as other normal messages do not
have it and wasn't sure what it was. Some people said it makes the email look
like spam depending on the content of the email. I'm not sure what the "via
maestro" means but I also felt uneasy when seeing it in a test email I sent to
myself.
I also tested a service called Boomerang for gmail that didn't have this text
showing, but I'm not sure how they allow scheduling and successfully sending
emails. That service is a paid service for frequent usage.
I haven't heard of any messages going to the spam folder so far, but I'll keep
testing.
I hope it will be possible to remove the "via.." text in the future.
Thanks,
Billy

Hi. The maestro reference appears in more than one place. Se below for a
sample from one email. I have replaced the long ID with "XXX". Note
especially the maestro line for Return-Path: which some mailers will try to use?
This is addition to the possible problem of some mailers filtering this as
spam. E.g., see:

script/services/tGxlioK1ejg
Thanks.
