Finish tweaking Slicer profile and share it #10

Have a default Slicer profile that should work on most printers. Focus on reliability vs speed. In a second step see if it is possible to only export the MSU related settings and possibly add it as a default profile to SuperSlicer

There are too many variables to have a good generic setup as of now, will share settings for my setups but can't and shouldn't be used as a defaults
