We have reported that issue with Dev and they confirmed that it’s a bug how embedded app position / display OAuth window. Unfortunately they couldn’t reproduce this issue (I’ve run into this issue only once, works most of the time). Between updates we’re trying to find a steps to reproduce, once we’ll accomplish that – we’ll move with dev guys to fix it.
