Note from Nick: a. When selected, add a disclaimer: “Choosing BYOC Premise w/ Hardware Appliance assumes the partner or customer already has access to hardware Edges. In most cases this would be from a partner who purchased them in advance. Genesys are not shipping hardware Edges at this time.”
