Collect the 4 main roles at the customer side: Our Care organization is working to automate the enrolment of our customer into the care and training process and to do so, it is mandatory to have the right contacts identified in SFDC

Introduce the PS Discovery Questionnaire to your customer – this makes sure that the customer starts collecting the information required by our PS to deploy the platform without any additional delay
The PS Discovery Questionnaire and a user guide for this document are linked in the #rapidresponse request used to engage the competence center (see below)
Make sure that the customer acts on the activation e-mail he receives once the order is processed – any delay in this step may seriously jeopardize the 48 hour deployment time
Raise awareness to the customer that he will receive this e-mail and that before he activates the org, PS cannot start the deployment
Make him aware that he will be asked to provide a name for his org in this process – this name cannot be changed afterwards, so he might not want to refer to Covid 19 in the name – just in case he wants to keep the org
Assist the customer with his network readiness assessment
Professional Services is currently preparing a short video tutorial on the network readiness assessment, which we will shared with you, once it is available
Also, please engage PS in each of these deals as for now they will do the deployment – also for indirect customers. Our partner & alliance management teams are currently identifying selected partners who will be enabled to deploy this offer, but as long as these partners are not identified and announced, PS will do the deployment to be sure we deploy within the promised time and within the limit of the scope for this offer. SWAT teams have been created by PS in each region and engagement rules for PS have been defined and communicated on a regional basis. Please contact your local CSD if in doubt.
