If you happened to install this on an existing wineprefix anyway(like by installing more apps or dependencies) probably by not reading the repository's page enough in time, and successfully used the Choco CLI to install something, do NOT use the installer on the same prefix. I succeed installing Chocolatey GUI and then ran the installer again, and then I tried used the CLI in some different ways(from giving just choco to choco install) and every Windows Wine terminal I know gives a kind of same error in red text. Again, if you happened to install Chocolatey successfully on a wineprefix like that, maybe consider that a miracle, but maybe do NOT run the installer again, unless you like to test something instead of using Chocolatey more. I'm researching on this.
(Now I wonder how many people are using/testing this.)
