Renaming recap and leaks variables to internal and external leak, better matching the upcoming manuscript terminology.

This will also be a backwards incompatible change, in a way, so better to do it now while we're at it with modifying rng to source struct

Ge moogt releasen van mij maar ik zal pas volgende week de nieuwe Linux packages maken. Conda kan ik vandaag wel nog doen.
