Create a function that for a given departure (and date?) gives a random arrival

Added feature in the destination randomizer branch, the function takes an input, corrects if necessary and also gives possible departures airports if input is not specific (like london could be gatwick, stansted...) the output gives a random arrival with possible departure dates
