Namespace handling: default page per namespace, and editing namespaces #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do not login! Go to index.php?id=:manual:table:
2. The default namespace page is shown
3. Click show source

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The edit page should be shown, with a warning that this is the default 
namespace page. But instead an error message comes up: "Namespaces have no 
source code to show!"
