Branching model and collaboration workflow

  1. Introduce the branching model to the project
    1. What are the branches used
    2. What to commit and when to commit
    3. When to push and which branch to push
  2. Introduce the current CI workflow
  3. Introduce issue and encourage usage of it
  4. Introduce testing (MUST have tests before next release)
  5. Migrate to organization repo for more control over collaboration
    1. Setup branch protection to prevent invalid push to main and dev branches

Project version features decisions

  1. Sync understanding of the project
    1. Maintain consistent understanding of the product
  2. Determine the name of the project
  3. Determine next version features and expectation
  4. Determine the expected completion date for the next version
