[BUG] Calendar malfunction

Describe the bug

1. When dragging the calendar event, somethings additional events will be created starting from 7:00 or ending at 5:00 pm
2. In addition, certain times, for a calendar event, you can only drag either the upper bar or the lower bar to change the duration, but not both.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just use the calendar

Expected behavior

Please refer to google calendar for expected behavior when dragging events
