What is the todo?

Validate user graduation and birthday

  1. [ ] Birthday should not be within the 13 years range between the current year and the past
  2. [ ] Graduation should be at least 18 years after the birthday, cannot be 100 years after birthday
  3. [ ] Birthday cannot be 100 years backward in the past compared with the current year
