Hi John, We had our event yesterday with a massive 510 number of runners. We did separate

start and used drop box to sync the file and that worked great.

However I had mad a mistake in my 2km import and thus at the start the box didn't have all the 2km entered in it when they got their chip reads. At the finish it processed them all fine and attributed names but the results just wont process no matter what setting or type I choose. I have tried every option I know.

I can see the results on the program but no file will come out.

Could you look at this file and tell me if its something I have done wrong and how to get it out. Shame I cant just cut and paste data from the bottom results window, as that would have me with a result to put online. But Ill just retype all their finish times into my spreedsheet for now.

Thanks in advance

I found the issue / bug.

The sex is not specified for 4 of the 2k runners, so the report blows up when it tries to figure out their placement. I'll fix this in the next release, but the workaround is to update the participant information to include their sex.

Also, just as a heads up you set the report filename to "2km text.csv" but the actual type was a generic text based file that is not CSV parsible.
