Tab Kit 0.6 not compatible with Menu Editor 1.2.6 #114

== What exact steps will reproduce the problem? ==

1.Tab Kit 0.6 prevents Menu Editor 1.2.6 working correctly: specifically 
noticed Tab Context Menu not "edited" corrected.
2.Changed back to previous version of Tab Kit: everything hunky dory.
3.Also using Multiple Tab Handler; activation status unchanged during 
diagnostic process.

FF 3.6.10

I can confirm this bug with Tab Kit 0.6
I'm also using Firefox 3.6.10 and Menu Editor 1.2.6, on Windows XP (32 bit)

I think this is the same as http://code.google.com/p/tabkit/issues/detail?id=122
I didn't notice it when I first submitted.

However there are more details in my submission, namely with mouseover and 
right click details.  So if they are merged or #122 is deleted, note that 
mousing over a tab brings up the context menu (which cannot be clicked) but 
right clicking brings up an empty menu.
