same problem as Issue 109, except:
All tabs starts to flicker sideways 1-2 mm.
It does not stop (has not timed it) until I grab the divider bar, and move it a
tine bit right or left.
Then it stops for a shorter or longer time.
Happends frequently during the (work)day.

VERY annoying.

Looking closer, it looks like it also contains the description from issue 109.
The + DOES jump up and down, AND the TABs flickers sideways.

Then I noticed that when the flickering is "on", even very slowly, FireFox does
not respond properly. (Menues does not work, Hide/Minimize/Xit button's does
not work ....)

To get the functionality back, simply resize the tab-pane.

And, of course, CPU usage raises... to 50%

In addition to comment 3:
IF, the flickering start say, when you're in the process of saving a PDF, and
have opened the savedialog, you are STUCK!
You cannot ECS, save, or do anything, but hope that flickering stops by
itself...
