Breaks "Tab Overflow Scrollbar"

== What exact steps will reproduce the problem? ==

1. Install Tab Overflow Scrollbar: http://franklion.co.uk/TOS3-N/tos3.html
2. Tab bar now gets a scrollbar when many tabs are open
3. Install TabKit (0.5.8); Extra useless scrollbar is now visible, and
opening many tabs no longer gives a scrollbar.

== What is the expected output? What do you see instead? ==

I expected these to work together, at least when I did not enable the
multiple-rows or verticle tab bar.  I do not want either of those.

I can guess that the TabKit code for multiple lines of tabs and vertical
tabs is what is breaking TOS, since it probably always repacks the tabs
into a new container.

Perhaps you could enable an option like TOS inside Tabkit.   TOS is utterly
trivial, as it just sets the 'overflow' property on the original tab bar.
