None of the images are showing. Even images included in the app. #62

I'm having the same issue that I had with taskbar-groups. None of the images are showing up at all. I tried stepping through the code but I could not find out why none of the images are showing. Even the arrow images above and below the Width settings isn't showing up.

Try the pre-release 0.2.2.1 from this post, maybe it will help?

Also note my own comments further down - it may throw up an error if a previous version is already memory resident, just click OK and then run it again, that will clear out the old version from memory, at least that is what it does for me.
