Cannot achieve low P-states on i5-6300HQ #253

My Laptop:XPS15 9550 CPU: i5 6300HQ, OS X 10.11.6, SMBIOS iMac 17,1, Board id: Mac-65CE76090165799A, SSDT created with ssdtPRGen.sh. The idle power state never reaches 800 Mhz, usually hangs around 1.4 ghz. how can i fix it?

This patch allow my 5775C reaches 800MHz and I chose iMac14,2 as my desired plist
