X5690 Intel Xeon Processors Database Missing. #497

MacPro5,1 using opencore and the legendary X5690 12 cores are being reduced to 6 cores due to single socket being back with Catalina. We are missing CPU power management. I came across your patch but for instance X5690 is missing in the database. I am sending you a request here on the GitHub project page to ask you if you could, to add the correct layout or to be included in the database. I know you are pretty busy by now working at Apple but it would be nice the for the community to have that added. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Have you read the README.md? You should be able to get up and running with a careful read through of the instructions, as your issue is easily resolved 😄

Ensure you are using the Beta version. Please be advised that you may need to edit 'User Defined.cfg' in both the Beta/Data, and root directory/Data directories.

Hi @Cursichella, did you manage to get this working? I have a similar setup and am struggling. I sent you an invite to another Repo (to avoid spamming here) if you would be open to discussing? I would appreciate the help. Thanks
