user access card assignments #32

note to self: Don't forget to unassign on access card archive

Don't forget to change status of assigned cards when a user is edited if user is not active. Example: expired membership makes user inactive, access card should stop scanning.

This one stretched my brain a lot more with security thoughts and more complex SQLAlchemy table joins (enjoying learning this stuff). Onward!
