Code Changes

• Migrate projects to .NET 8
• Use AOT compatible JSON serialization
• Adopt C# 10 file-scoped namespaces
• Adopt C# 10 global using statements
• Migrate CI build from AppVeyor to GitHub Actions
• Add .editorconfig
• Add unit tests
• Update dependencies
• Replace Console.WriteLine with Serilog statements
• Rename SuperFreqCLI project to SuperFreq
• Rename UI folder to Apps
• Rename Milo2 folder to just Milo
• Remove a bunch of unused code

Feature Changes

• Migrate CLI apps to AOT compiled (i.e. no more runtime install required)
• Support writing "broken" v4 arks (#14)
• Fix writing image with tex2png when no parent directory specified
• Configure log level through shared -l command line argument
• Extract all files by default when no extract option specified for ark2dir in arkhelper
• Add short aliases for args in superfreq (e.g. -m for miloVersion)
• Remove Boom ASP.NET project
• Remove crypt and milo2gltf options in superfreq
• Remove x86 build support

Note: Draft until .NET 8 officially releases and existing functionality is verified on all supported platforms
