Add graph for battery percentage #60

Battery percentage isn't a static number and it would be nice to be able to see it move up or down in a graph. Once the dashboard feature is completed this will also allow users to immediately see both their CPU usage and the effect of it on their battery.

I pretty much finished this already as an experiment for the refactor to make the dashboard work. This will be pushed together with the dashboard feature.
