Improvements to Internet Connectivity test.

Expected Behavior

• Additions
  • Allow user to set number of packets sent
  • In output, show [sent, received, percent received]
  • Show average ping time
    • Changes to existing behavior
    • Change default ping target 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS)

Actual Behavior

• Additions are not present (from users perspective)
• Current ping target is 8.8.4.4 (Google Public DNS)

Context

Google Public DNS is not accessible from all countries, while Cloudflare DNS is accessible from more locations (having a presence in China specifically)
