Change visuals when dieing of "burning" on floor #4

Another icon could be nice And maybe make the tee explode or something. Maybe even a burn effect.

This would probably effect the client, but could it be made in such a way that standard clients could still connect?

7 Change death icon on burn

and

6 Burning adds smoke
