AlarmActivity 화면 구현

[x] 알람 생성 시에 보여지는 화면 구현
[x] 약먹으러 가기 버튼 선택 시 다음 화면으로 이동 구현
[x] 먹지 못하는 경우 선택 시 BottomSheet 구현
[x] List에 있는 알람 시간을 바탕으로 알람 생성 구현
[x] Test를 위해서 앱 열리고 30초 후에 알람 화면 띄우기 구현
[x] 화면 꺼져있거나, 앱 밖에 나와있어도 알람 화면 띄우기 완료
