Id changed that in the beginning as well, realizing, that rospy is using another yaml package. This resulted in fixing my yaml warnings, but instead i got warnings from them. Thats why i changed to the standard yaml package again and deinstalled pyyaml. Don't quite remember, if the other yaml package was python default or installed by rospy dependency.
