i have the same problem with AVG. I added the map for HKtunes to the exceptions
for the Resident Shield and it stil removes it immediatly. Itunes sucks for not
using my mediakeys. Does anyone have an idea how to prevent avg from deleting
HKtunes thanks in advance.

I got the responce from AVG pritey fast again:
Unfortunately, the previous virus database might have detected the mentioned
virus in some legitimate applications. We can confirm that this was a false
alarm. We have released a new virus update removing the false positive
detection of the mentioned file. Please update your AVG as described in FAQ
3271:
http://www.avg.com/faq?num=3271
When the update is completed, AVG will automatically restore the falsely
detected file from the AVG Virus Vault to its original location.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

So there is a small update now it does not get removed anymore. Tho now my
Razer Lycosa is bugging out. I'll try to fix it tomorrow and get back on that.

Very nice antivirus you have launched. System restore can have many issues
depending on what you running... antivirus software has especially. My advice
would be to always use system restore from Safe mode, which you can enter by
hitting the F8 key right as Windows is booting up. You will have much better
luck by doing that.
