No longer working after moving primary OS to new drive #32

This was working just fine when I was using C:\ as my local drive but I 
recently just got a new SSD and wanted to move to it without decommissioning 
the old drive, therefore my current OS is running on D:\

I have reinstalled hktunes and even copied the hktunes.ini in appdata folder 
and everything is the same. However no matter what I do any shortcuts I attempt 
to do hktunes is not recognizing them and sending them to iTunes. I have tried 
multiple shortcuts in addition to restarting my computer and starting hktunes 
before and after starting itunes and nothing seems to change. Any idea on how I 
can troubleshoot this?

I am running Windows 7 64bit

This project is now defunct - for anybody who has trouble with HKTunes not 
working please head over to http://itunescontrol.com/ where further development 
for itunes global hotkeys continues. Thank you for supporting this project
