macos 12 ci is kinda slow compared to others #20

homebrew is weirdly slow on macos 12...

looks like the brew install step is slightly slower

nevermind, windows build is even more slow...

but everything still completes within less than 5min (sometimes the result is different)

itk its not bad (and blame me for writing a poorly optimized workflow file)
