Lots more comments, case corrections, new +/IM.time module

I cannot do anything with this format. If you can put these files into .d64 format and email them to me, then maybe they will be useful to me.

This IM feature is not ready yet. I just pushed to master to sidestep a problem I'm having.

All it takes is a command line or a batch file which builds a .d64 file for you. It's easy. I'll write something up on the wiki as an example, walk you through the process.
