Description

In this pull request, I've addressed the issue #12 by adding the Footer component to the project. This footer includes relevant links, such as GitHub, Contributing, Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, as discussed in the issue.

Changes Made

Created the Footer component.
Added links to GitHub, Contributing, Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
Styled the footer for a clean and visually appealing design.
