[FEATURE]:Created Header Section #25

  1. This pull request is for the issue #10

  2. I have created Header.jsx and added the logo and navigation links

  3. I have added the styles using Tailwind CSS just as you asked

  4. Added the routes for Home,Projects and Contributors page so that the navigation links in the header section properly work using BrowserRouter from react-router-dom

  5. For adding the Home and Projects route I have created Home.jsx and Project.jsx in src/routes with just a heading(for now)to render an element in those routes.

  6. It looks like this:
