Need to gather a list of all required packages and non-scriptable config

Need to gather the following information for the wiki on next manual reinstall:

• List of additional packages
• Amended files not handled by files on Git repo
• User changes
• Other misc config changes
• Pulling from Git repo for the first time

Documented a full installation on the wiki. Will run through my guide to check for errors/oversights before closing.
