TaskExplorer needs to support collapsable folders.

This should be achieved with composition: have a "TaskFolder" fragment that can hold the current "Task" fragments.

[x] Tapping the folder should allow it to collapse or expand. For now, I think it's not necessary to implement nesting. Just one depth level is enough.
[x] The folders should have a + button which would lead to the task creator in the future.
[ ] A button to add new folders (projects) should be at the bottom - see #12

8e4e7d1f43fd413b5897178b275082221b2deb26 and 96a44131cea68962ea214187903d2c547bec03f9 added the first two points. The fragment is currently named ProjectFragment.

No animation for expanding/collapsing exists currently, but it can be added later.
