Open modal is shifting body content to the left

Hello. In the last version of pingendo is 3.3.2 bootstrap js file, where is this bug: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/9855

Is there any way to fix it on pingendo? I tested lot of ideas but it is still buggy. :(
