Change navbar Quickstarts to Use cases #43

In place of Quickstarts add "Use cases"

It will have a dropdown with two options:

  1. "Ingress for dev/test"
  2. "Quickstart recipes"

Make sure that the dropdown appears correctly in mobile view.
