Little Logisitics - Deploying cargo cart failed. #32

Describe the bug Twice I've had Little Logistics fail to place a cargo cart on a rail. I had a stack of them and as I was placing onto the rail, it will consume 1 from my stack but not spawn the cart entity on the rail.

This is inconsistent though and will build the full train without issues most times.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Inconsistent; but can attempt to place many rail cars on track, will likely happen eventually.
