added bar_label func for angle and return xyz for maps #26

Added bar_label for angle functions. Added return_x_y_z for strain map and rotation map for better external plotting (eg. tricontour plotting) Made the rotation map better for unusual sublattices and it now uses the halfway point for xy instead of popping the final xy coord.
