`detect` returns `isOn:true` after scout is switched off. #9

If the app does a detect on a scout that's plugged in and turned on, and then you turn the scout off, running detect will return isOn:true.

Note: turning the scout back on and running some bitlash will first return something like...

"}

Further bitlash calls respond normally.
