Use the wifi backpack SPI data ready pin #145

Wifi backpack v1.1 has the SPI data ready pin connected (to D5 IIRC). The code should be adapted to make use of this pin if it is available, by either checking the backpack version or (better) checking the backpack resource descriptors.

Current master does this by checking the version.
