New student user cannot access nomination form #41

When a new student user is created on dwarf (Users -> New), they can log into the student view ok, but when they go to click on the nomination form link, a 404 file not found error is thrown.

You shouldn't be adding new users from the Users page to begin with. I'll hide that link.
