Leigh-Ellen has expressed she wants to change the text of the email that is sent if a student hasn't completed their nomination form,
Current: I noticed you haven't completed the project nomination form. Could you do me a favour and spare 5 minutes? You should already have received your login details in a previous email I sent you.
New: I have noticed that you haven't completed the project nomination form for the Industry Project. Please complete this using the login details provided previously as soon as possible so that I can allocate you to a project. If you do not complete the form then you will be allocated to a project on a random basis.
It has been my experience when talking with students that I need to be very clear with what I want them to do, and equally clear with what will happen if they don't :p You'll notice I called it Industry Project too - I believe Peter's planning a name change, along with everything else :p I'm sure your user doco will have details on how to change such things in the system down the track as (not if) the need arises.
