Copy url placement in Help window

Help window with commands provide convenience for users.

Bug found:

Copy url button for the URL at the bottom of the screen is floating in the middle of the Help window. This might cause some confusion for users as the button and actual url are in different places.

In the help window the Copy URL button has a wrong placement.

The Copy URL Button is far away from the link that it refers to and may confusing as to which URL the button copies.

Can place the button next to the URL instead.

There is only one URL link in this entire window. We chose to place the button at that position rather than at the bottom because it is more visible to spot and is aesthetically more appealing. Hence, it is our design choice.
