Add a generic finder button(overlay on top of map?)

Clicking the finder button with find the user a random restaurant to go to
Upon tapping button, button should disable and be replaced with circular progress indicator to prevent spam click
Disable moving of map when button overlay is up
Only find restaurants in x mile range(25miles?)
