Add Apache 2.0 License to JACoB #133

Description:

Implement the Apache 2.0 license for the JACoB project. This involves creating a LICENSE file containing the standard Apache 2.0 license text and placing it in the root directory of the project. The license will apply to all existing files within the project.

Files:

LICENSE (new file to be created in the root directory)

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] A LICENSE file with the standard Apache 2.0 text is added to the root directory.
[ ] The LICENSE file specifies the year as 2024.
[ ] The license applies to all existing files in the project.
