Configure stripe.config.ts to Integrate the Stripe SDK

The task involves setting up the Stripe SDK to handle payments on the website. This will require the following steps:

Install the Stripe SDK package.
Create a stripe.config.ts file that will fetch the API key from the .env file and configure the SDK.
Implement error handling for scenarios where the API key might be missing.
