Add getListingInventory and updateListingInventory to the Etsy Connection

Get Listing: https://developer.etsy.com/documentation/reference/#operation/getListingInventory

Update Listing: https://developer.etsy.com/documentation/reference/#operation/updateListingInventory

The current option of updateProperty does not allow for edit of the quantity. In order to access quantity Etsy guides us to the inventory endpoint.
