[FEATURE] Update Pinecone integration to latest version of API #11679

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Pinecone deprecated their earlier version of their API as of last week. This request is to update all existing actions and endpoints to conform to the new specification, e.g. no more environment parameter required, etc.

Hi @vunguyenhung I couldn't reproduce the fetch-vectors error image

And I removed the async options from Vector ID props
