[BUG] Folder reappered in the UI after deletion #14377

Describe the bug When I want to delete a folder in a project, I click on the three dots on the right side of the folder and then select the Delete option. The folder disappears for now, but when I refresh the window, it reappears.

To Reproduce

  1. New folder in a project
  2. Delete folder
  3. Refresh browser

I can new workflows in the deleted folder, but I cannot rename the forder.

I could not reproduce this issue on my side, as I can delete the folder normally.

Though this seems like an internal error. I'll add to Pipedream internal backlog

@vunguyenhung FYI, we used to subscribe to the github sync feature, but we stopped paying a while back. Could my situation be connected to this?
